About Zhongshang New Materials
Founded in 2019 in Nanxun, Huzhou, Zhongshang New Materials is recognized as a National High-Tech Enterprise and operates the Huzhou High-Tech Research and Development Center.
The company operates a 10,000 m² manufacturing site with eight high-precision automated compounding extrusion lines and an annual production capacity of approximately 30,000 metric tons. Our management systems are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and IATF 16949.
Our formulation, R&D and color-matching engineers serve applications in new energy, automotive lightweighting, low-voltage electrical equipment, specialty wire and cable, household appliances, and electrical and electronic products. We develop reinforced, flame-retardant and heat-resistant compounds and provide integrated support from material selection and color matching to processing optimization.

How each batch is checked
Digital Color Management
Experienced color engineers and quality personnel use a Konica Minolta computer-aided color-matching system that combines color and gloss measurement. Customer samples are used to establish color standards, enabling precise color control and reduced batch-to-batch variation.
Engineering Support
More than ten experienced formulation and color engineers support flame-retardant materials, polymer alloys and high-chroma color development. Each production batch is evaluated through injection-molded specimen testing and color verification. Our technical service team can assist with material selection, mold and part design, processing optimization and troubleshooting.
Custom Development
We develop modified plastic compounds to customer requirements and provide trial materials for new-product validation. Dedicated laboratory personnel test each batch against defined performance requirements, and inspection reports are available with shipment.
